Terms and Conditions Agreement
The purpose of this “Terms and Conditions Agreement” (“Agreement”) is to establish the rules that will govern the commercial relationship between any of the Care Overseas websites and the User, who is any person that access any of the websites that are owned or controlled by Care Overseas or any of its subsidiaries. By entering into this website, the User accepts all the terms and conditions established herein. Care Overseas: a Costa Rican company that serves as the intermediary between Users if this website and healthcare professionals located in Costa Rica, and that owns and controls websites that will contain information about health in general, and will offer the services of different professionals and accommodations related to the healthcare industry.
Professionals: any person that offers healthcare related services of any kind, including but not limited to doctors, physicians, dentists, therapists, etc, that are listed in this website.
Care Overseas: does not guarantees that a Professionals has the experience nor the academical background to provide the services that are listed.
User: any person that access this website and accepts these terms and conditions. If you don’t accept these terms and conditions or you do not have the legal capacity to enter into a contract, you have to leave this website immediately.

This website is controlled by Care Overseas, a company that is duly registered and incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica, Central America. The purpose of this website is to provide to the public information about healthcare in general and about Costa Rican medical facilities, accommodations, such as hospitals, clinics, hotels, etc, and health providers or professionals, including but limited to physicians, doctors, dentists, therapists, and any of professional that offer services related to the health of the mind and body.
If you access this website and/or any other website controlled by Care Overseas you accept all the terms of this Agreement. If you are not of legal age, if you do not have legal capacity, if your purpose by accessing website is no violate any law of any country, or if you do not agree with the terms and conditions established herein you have to leave this website immediately.

The success or convenience of the treatments or procedures listed in this website is not guaranteed by Care Overseas. Care Overseas strongly recommend that User shall consult with his/her personal healthcare provider before engaging the services of any professional listed in this website. User understand and acknowledges that if he/she uses the service of any professionals, hospitals, clinics, the relationship is directly between them and User, and not with Care Overseas. Any claims that User or a third party may have relating to the website must be brought to the attention of Care Overseas through email to [email protected].Governing Law
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica. Any claim or complaint of any kind related to this Agreement will only be submitted in the exclusive jurisdiction of Costa Rica. User waives his/her right to file any claim or complaint against Care Overseas in any jurisdiction different from Costa Rica.
If any of the terms or conditions contained herein is invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect, and the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision.
User expressly accepts that this Agreement may be assigned to a third party, without any prior notice to User.
